All of our work is covered by a manufacturers warranty which is clearly stated on the front of your contract and is also covered by the consumers guarantee act.

Before we commence any work we have a written contract with our customers stating all work to be carried out and the price and payment terms. Our contract is signed by both ourselves and you the customer so that both parties are fully aware of what work is to be completed. All our work is completed to the highest trade standards.

During the course of the job the site is visited on a regular basis by our site supervisor or the director of the company. Upon completion a full inspection is carried out along with the client to ensure all has been completed to client satisfaction.
